MET Police – Transformational leadership programme:
Consisted of a series of three sets of two day workshops delivered to all officers of four different London Boroughs over a one year period to understand a number of key issues and consider ways of transforming leadership to respond better to these diverse challenges. My role as the facilitator was to adapt content to reflect input and dialogue from the cohorts of approximately 25 individuals all at officer levels. Workshops were designed to change behaviour and bring about cultural change as well as that of leadership style, adopting a coaching model (GROW), and embedding this into the workplace i.e. managing and influencing up as well as down the reporting line
North West Fire Brigade – Transformational leadership programme:
This programme started with individual 360 degree process and then four x two day workshops covering communication and influence, managing change in a political landscape, leading & motivating others, coaching and continuous learning. There was a theme running through each of these sessions that change was inevitable if the institution was to survive in a new political environment
Glasgow City Council – Developing a leadership team:
Working with Chief Executive and Top team of the largest council in Europe to look at their individual and collective styles with the remit to improve teamwork and effectiveness across a range of operations
Developed a communication questionnaire that was delivered and completed on line along with individual psychometric assessment, feedback and then group workshops to discuss ideas for improved team work and overall performance
Glasgow City Council – Bulk Uplift Improvement Pilot project:
Working with refuse and recycling teams, call centres and management to understand key issues for the business and propose a number of changes to improve service delivery to clients (i.e. the general public). Working with diverse socio economic groups often with strong cultural issues added to the complexity of this work
Specific Media – Top team Leadership Development programme:
One of the fastest growing technical media companies with a bright young leadership team who were expected to perform internationally in a highly pressurised environment.
Was contracted as a specialist executive coach by the Managing Director to work with his top team in order to support their growth and delivery of critical strategic objectives.

Instrumental in understanding individual strengths and marketing these in order to be successful in the job market on leaving the programme. Was able to utilise contacts to facilitate recruitment into key businesses
