My name is Elaine Seale-Mckend, I am a professional Human Resources and People Development specialist with experience spanning more than two decades. My career has involved optimizing human capital across a range of organisations in the public, private and academic sectors in both the UK and South Africa. I am CIPD qualified and hold a number of other qualifications in psychometric analysis & feedback as well as several Coaching qualifications.

More recently, I have enjoyed working with high-growth start-ups in the financial services and Saas space, helping them scale, and working with new Leaders to reach their full potential.

Consisted of a series of three sets of two day workshops delivered to all officers of four different London Boroughs over a one year period to understand a number of key issues and consider ways of transforming leadership to respond better to these diverse challenges. My role as the facilitator was to adapt content to reflect input and dialogue from the cohorts of approximately 25 individuals all at officer levels. Workshops were designed to change behaviour and bring about cultural change as well as that of leadership style, adopting a coaching model (GROW), and embedding this into the workplace i.e. managing and influencing up as well as down the reporting line
